Upon closing of the Constitution Award For Best National Teacher PKN, the next day (26/11) Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Moh. Every citizen should understand the constitution because the constitution guarantees the rights of citizens and human rights in all aspects of life.

On the other hand, continued Mahfud, only with an understanding of the constitution also any citizen can carry out its obligations and participate in the implementation of national and state in accordance with basic principles and agreed upon in the constitution.

At the end of his lecture which was attended by Rector Prof. ITB.
